Morning from sunny Arizona! After a 21 hour day yesterday we slept like rocks last night, but I was still up at 6:30am after a solid 8 hours asleep. I started my day with Jillian Michael’s Yoga Meltdown, while waiting for everyone else to wake up. I am not planning on doing too many workouts down here but do hope to do yoga each day.
Going back to yesterday, we woke up at 2am to make our 6am flight. I was able to stay awake thanks to a Venti Skinny Cinnamon Dolce latte at 6am. The flight went as good as possible and I think from the time we landed till we had our luggage – maybe 15 minutes. Totally amazing right?!

The rest of the day was filled with swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, a Sprout’s (grocery store), Trader Joe’s, and Target shopping trip, fro-yo eating (finally!), and we ended the night with a few drinks and catching up with family. But by 10:30pm we could barely keep our eyes open and headed to bed.

After yoga this morning I got to work on breakfast using some new (to me) and exciting ingredients:
Chobani Apple Cinnamon yogurt, a sliced banana, chopped strawberries and Peanut Butter Multigrain Cheerios – delicious!
Today we do not have too much on the agenda until later when we are heading to a pizza place called Pizzeria Bianco (highly recommended by Oprah!) and then a NBA game.

I cannot say I am a huge fan but I am okay with it, however just a little turbulence does make me pretty nervous!
