Thursday – Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpea Tacos – Two Sisters Kitchens
Friday – Spicy Shrimp Burrito Bowls – Two Sisters Kitchens
This weekend we have our community hockey tournament so tomorrow will spend the day there helping out etc. Sunday is our last long run of this training cycle!! Remind me not to train for winter races next time 😉 Luckily we have had some good weekend weather for running.
