Foodie Friday

Hey All!

So when I did my post on Avery at 3.5 years I am pretty sure I jinxed the no tantrums – she has had two major ones this week. Oy. But I am pretty sure she is growing since she also woke up with growing pains in her legs this week. So yeah it has been a week ūüėČ

Chloe has had an eventful week, fell off Avery’s bed before work that morning and that day while my in-laws were babysitting she attempted to crawl out of her crib after her nap and fell. She is a tough cookie though and was not hurt.

What else this week? I ran Wednesday and it was perfect after a couple days of rain. Sorry no photo!

We got a surprise in the mail Monday! Thanks to Clif for the goodies, their nut butter filled bars are to die for – if you have not had one yet, run to the grocery store now!

Last night Chad went for a run for I put Chloe in the BOB and Avery ran with me to “train” for some upcoming races she is doing, 1.83km in just over 16 minutes!

Foodie Friday

This week has been an off one, on Tuesday I thought it was Thursday, Wednesday morning I thought it was the weekend and well yesterday was my Friday so I panicked at lunch thinking I did not do this post!

I was out of town one day for work so got home early and we did a park trip. My girls would stay at the park all day if we could!

With the great weather continuing I ran a couple nights:

And this one, she does not stop unless she is eating or sleeping. EXCEPT I found her sitting in Avery’s room (the best!) looking at books which lasted almost a full minute!

Last night we checked out the new Goodlife Fitness gym that opened by us, I was there on work duties since we had a presentation congratulating them. They had an amazing turnout and it was a ton of fun Рthey know how to throw a grand opening!

Oh and these two beforehand, such hams ūüėČ

Today we are off work and going on a little adventure – just hoping for no rain! Other weekend plans are a birthday party and meeting our baby nephew since it is supposed to be rainy we kept it to indoor plans.

Foodie Friday

Hey All! Hope you have had a sunny week. The weather around here had been too good to us (still) so I am hoping that doesn’t mean a not so awesome summer like last year.

Anyways, our week… We had park time, bike rides, I finally got up my gallery wall in the bonus room (it took me a year to gather everything for it) and an evening run.

I am starting to embrace the floral trend more and picked up this dress for $20 this week:

And I also dug out this oldie this week:

We also had an appointment for Miss. Chloe and it looks like we are off all dairy Рeven lactose free things for a bit to try and rule out a dairy protein intolerance versus lactose. This just means different milk for her (rice milk she loves!) and being extra cautious on the dairy side of things.

Meal planning. Next week is a tad crazy so I tried to keep things easy for us.

Foodie Friday

That was a whirlwind of a week! I still feel like it should be mid-week, not Friday!

Week highlights:

I went to an Orange Theory Fitness Class. While I liked it a lot more this time I just do not have the extra time for two sessions a week there with Sea Wheeze training which is #1 for workouts right now. I think after the race as my running break I will go and do a month there though.

We had one nice night outside, I love being outside and so do the girls:

Tuesday I had a stage 5 clinger on my hands:

We had a crazy wind and rain storm Wednesday which was also Chad’s birthday. We had family over for cake and that was about it – I felt bad not doing more for him!

Full disclosure, these photos were taken last night since we did not take one Wednesday. Oops.
