It has been way too long since I did any monthly goals, but lets be real for the last year it was just about keeping everyone alive 😉 I thought to get back into it and stay accountable I would start small.
1 – Drink more water. Enough said. Ever since moving to my Swell water bottle (which I do love) I have not drank enough since it is much smaller than my old water bottle. So I need to come up with a system to track my intake better.
2 – Eat salads daily. Packing salads for lunch is so easy and take 5 minutes so if not lunch a side salad for supper. It seems easy enough 😉
3 – More sleep. Another no-brainer. But I have been going to bed a lot later these days (10:30pm) and get up at 5am and I am darn tired at that time so I am aiming to be asleep before 10pm.
4 – Run outside. Since Phoenix I have barely run outside (twice since being home) but now that is is nicer out my goal is to run outside two days a week – rain or shine!
5 – Catch up on reading. I am behind on my last book club book, have not started the next one and have a few that have been sitting bedside for months so I need to get into the groove again on reading, maybe this means 9pm bed with 30 minutes of reading?
