Friday!! I survived the week Phew. Thankfully, I had Wednesday off with Avery so we enjoyed a mommy and me day. Let me tell you, SAHMs I give it to you, I was WAY more exhausted come 5pm versus working all day, Toddlers are busy little things, a $7 golf set saved part of the day…
Next week is a lot quieter so I am taking advantage of it and have some easier meals on the menu too, I am in that funk right now where I am just ready for BBQ and salad season!
Saturday – Turkey, Bacon, Avocado Paninis – High Heels and Grills
Sunday – Quinoa Kale, Sweet Poato Slad (The Bojon Gourmet) & Salmon
Monday – Quinoa Pizza Pie – Happy Healthy Mama
Tuesday – Simple Shrimp & Asparagus Risotto – Iowa Girl Eats
Wednesday – Peanut Chicken Quesadillas – Closet Cooking
Thursday – Broccoli Mac & Cheese
Friday – Chicken Caesar Wraps
As part of Foodie Friday today I wanted to share a product we have been using for a couple years now and love, Manitoba Hemp Hearts. These are so versatile and with 10 grams of plant based protein and 10 grams of Omegas per 30 gram serving, very nutritious! I sprinkle it on me and Avery’s oatmeal every morning.
I also use them in baking,and on yogurt. Watch for a recipe next week using them as well!
