This week has been blah, the weather has been fairly gloomy and I have had a headache on and off. Then I had to head back to the dentist yesterday with a little hiccup, nothing major but I am back on antibiotics for a week. Due to Avery’s bedtime struggles last weekend she was in bed just after 7pm all week as I was not fighting with her until 8:30pm at night. The good news? No struggles J But this also meant no time for the park or walks after supper. I will take a happy toddler over those things though!
Continuing with our “cleaner” eating again this week this meal plan was a struggle, less cheese and less carbs in particular make it harder to meal plan!
Saturday – Sweet Potato Quinoa Black Bean Bowls – Recipe Runner
Sunday – BBQ for Father’s Day (menu still TBD)
Monday – Glowing Skin Smoothies (Sally’s Baking Addiction) & tuna with hummus wraps
Tuesday – Kale, Asparagus and Feta Frittata with turkey bacon
Wednesday – Chicken Fajita Stuffed Peppers – Cooking Classy
Thursday – Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps
Friday – Leftovers
This weekend we might head out to a local parade and carnival if the weather cooperates, then on Father’s Day we are having Chad’s Dad and Step-Mom for a BBQ. Not much else to report from our week and no pictures!
