Foodie Friday

These weeks are flying by and for now I am not complaining, every week closer to spring we are = happy Lindsey ๐Ÿ˜‰

I ran 4 days this week! I mean who am I?! Usually this would exhaust me but I am feeling pretty good about it these days. Yoga helps me a ton now that I am back there as well. And watching Fuller House while running helps too!

The girls had a good week, a couple cranky evenings but that is bound to happen!

Joint baths are (usually) still a hit:

Chloe’s awesome toque hair:

Onto meal planning…I finally bought myself a new cookbook, Run Fast. Eat Slow so this week is a few recipes from there.

Saturday –ย Burst Cherry Tomato Linguine with Shrimp –Run Fast. Eat Slow

Sunday –ย Recovery Quinoa Salad & grilled chicken –Run Fast. Eat Slow

Monday – Gimme Veggies Fried Rice –ย Run Fast. Eat Slow

Tuesday – Pesto grilled cheese & soup

Wednesday – Sweet Potato & Black Bean Quesadillas – Kim’s Cravings

Thursday –ย Chicken Pesto Bowls – Damn Deliciousย

Friday – Copycat Panera Apple Chicken Salad – Kim’s Cravings

This weekend is supposed to be beautiful so we will be outside as much as we can, and we also are going to a kid’s play with Becky and Liam Saturday ๐Ÿ™‚

I gave my best running buddy a copy of Run Fast Eat Slow for Christmas and I wish I'd copied down some of the recipes before I gave it to her – Lots of good and good-for-you recipes!
