Well it is official we had our first snow yesterday – blah! But it did not accumulate or stay thankfully and the weekend looks sunny again 🙂
Our week could have been better – both Chad and I came down with colds 🙁 Chloe had a runny nose for a couple days and Avery lucked out. So this meant a quiet week for us all.
Tuesday night we did have a date night for our anniversary and the concert we had planned to go through got cancelled so instead we went for supper and drinks. I was feeling crappy so we headed home after that but still had a nice night out.
I took no photo of the girls this week except one of Avery helping Chloe when we got home, Chloe refuses to let me help her with her shoes and coat – only Avery is allowed:
Exercise wise I got three lunch classes, two spin classes and a yoga class. I have to admit lunch classes are really awesome these days, it frees up my evenings and lets me extra sleep in the morning.
With this cooler weather brings fall-inspired suppers which I was so ready for!

Tuesday – Minestrone Soup & grilled cheese – Two Peas & Their Pod
Wednesday – Easy Shrimp & Broccoli Stir-Fry – Damn Delicious
Thursday– Turkey Avocado Club Wraps & sweet potato fries
Friday – Slow Cooker Taco Chicken Bowls – Budget Bytes
This weekend we have a community BBQ and my niece’s 2nd birthday party and that will be more than enough for me! Enjoy your weekends!
