Happy Friday everyone!
Our week seemed to fly by, we dd not even get in a park trip yet! We did have some backyard suppers, including Happy Meals on McHappy Day for the girls:
I cooked a killer tofu dish, I have always liked tofu but never baked it right but I got it down now!
The girls love spending the after work/after supper time in the yard which I love too!
Avery is her new favourite dress, there was almost tears when I went to wash it:

Saturday – Black Bean burgers (Costco) & salad
Sunday – Chicken Avocado Tacos – Gimme Delicious
Monday – Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp with Asparagus & rice – with Peanut Butter on top
Tuesday – Tofu Scramble – Running on Real Food
Wednesday – 30 Minute Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry – Gimme Some Oven
Thursday – Tuna wraps & sweet potato fries
Friday – Pizza night
Tonight Chad and I have a date night planned and Saturday evening my Mom, Avery and I have a market date – always a fun night for us! Oh and half marathon training starts for me Sunday with a 12km run!
