One day I might get back to posting more than twice a week but these summer days are flying by at record speed and honestly sitting down even twice a week at the computer to do these posts is a struggle (in the best way).
We had an off week, Avery had a (failed) dentist appointment, the girls fought (too much) and most nights I was done by 8pm! So in true Mom fashion I took today off to spend some quality time with them 😉

Moving straight into meal planning! Usually I start to crave fall meals by mid summer but I am really loving salads, the BBQ and easy meals right now.

Wednesday – Penne with Bursted Cherry Tomato Sauce – Calluna Nutrition
Thursday – Honey Lime Salmon, roasted broccoli and garlic toast
Friday – Toasted Veggie Sandwich & sweet potato fries – Calluna Nutrition
This weekend should be hot so I suspect we will have a pool afternoon, then maybe go down to the street performer festival that is on this weekend 🙂
