Better late than never right? Sorry this morning has been crazy, due to renos at work I opted to work from home to be more productive. But this morning I had to get a bunch of work errands done and look for my car starter remote…Somehow between yesterday morning and this morning I lost it from my keychain. I am not a happy camper right now. I was at quite a few places yesterday so it could really be anywhere.
Enough of that though, onto our meal plan for next week.
Saturday – Out with friends – More on this below
Sunday – Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings – Next got made last week!
Monday – Protein Grilled Cheese (Double Delicious cookbook) and kale, beet salad
Tuesday – Autumn Chopped Salad – Iowa Girl Eats
Wednesday – Creamy Avocado Pasta – Oh She Glows
Thursday – Coconut Curry Chickpeas and quinoa – (never) homemaker
Friday – Egg sandwiches – A light and quick supper because of something fun afterwards!
I am super excited right since in 6 shorts hours I am headed to the movie theatre to stand in line to see Breaking Dawn Part II – yes I love Twilight, and have been to every opening night!
We have a fairly long to do list this weekend, between the holidays now being here and getting ready for our trip the next two weekends are busy.
Tomorrow we are volunteering for a local Christmas festival and parade for most of the afternoon and heading out for supper with our friends who are also volunteering afterwards. I am really happy to see Mother Nature has a nice day in store for us since the festival is all outside.
