May (Mini) Goals

It has been way too long since I did any monthly goals, but lets be real for the last year it was just about keeping everyone alive ๐Ÿ˜‰ I thought to get back into it and stay accountable I would start small.

1 – Drink more water. Enough said. Ever since moving to my Swell water bottle (which I do love) I have not drank enough since it is much smaller than my old water bottle. So I need to come up with a system to track my intake better.

2 – Eat salads daily. Packing salads for lunch is so easy and take 5 minutes so if not lunch a sideย salad for supper. It seems easy enough ๐Ÿ˜‰

3 – More sleep. Another no-brainer. But I have been going to bed a lot later these days (10:30pm) and get up at 5am and Iย am darn tired at that time so I am aiming to be asleep before 10pm.

4 – Run outside. Since Phoenix I have barely run outside (twice since being home) but now that is is nicer out my goal is to run outside two days a week – rain or shine!

5 – Catch up on reading. I am behind on my last book club book, have not started the next one and have a few that have been sitting bedside for months so I need to get into the groove again on reading, maybe this means 9pm bed with 30 minutes of reading?

    Great goals. I have the same problem with my Swell bottle. Too small, I feel like I fill it so damn often!

    I do not have any goals but one of them would probably be to start and stick to SeaWheeze training. I should probably start having monthly goals again.

    I am definitely with you on needing more sleep! My bedtime has started to creep up from 9:30 to 10:30 in the past few weeks/months and I'm just feeling so tired all the time.

    Hopefully we can help each other in the accountability group!! I literally need to set a timer on my phone to make sure I get in enough a day!! So far it's working better!! I also have been staying up way to late!! And to think we do this together ourselves!!! Haha

      Yes! I need to post in there! I run out of water at my desk then forget to refill it for an hour or more. i should just get up every hour to move around and fill it up.

    Great goals! I need to drink more water too. And I have a goal to run with the kids and Cruz once a week. Failing so far. ๐Ÿ™
